Batching plants - Skip for aggregate transportation

Skip is often an important part of every batching plant. Its purpose is to transport the aggregate mix from storage silos into the mixer.

Our skips are equipped with:

  • Skip for aggregate transportation
  • very safe protection against falling (double hoist cable with loose cable sensors)
  • discharge gate to the mixer
  • good and easy discharging thanks to long gate through the whole hopper's bottom and the steep inclination of internal walls.

All important components of the skip are doubled due to the guarantee of more confidence work: limit switches, loose line switches, hoist cable.

In addition we offer skip rails, with a possibility of designing an appropriate, individual angle. Our skips can be tailored to any existing mixer/installation.

In case of special purposes we equip our aggregate transporters with a supporting vibrator, witch helps in discharging. We also equip our skips with wear-resistant linings for inside walls.
