Batching plants - Continuous mixer

It is an arterial mixer for continuous mixing, purposed for production of aggregate substances for road foundations and for leveling and stabilization of sub-grades. It is highly efficient and durable. The adhesives used to bind produced substances are usually cement or fly ash.

All materials are dosed continuously into the inlet hole. The proper mix of the substance is possible thanks to optimal blade amount as well as their angle (inclination) and the rotational speed of the shaft.

The technology of through mixing make the high efficiency mixes available with small and cheap machines.

We have already built five sets of installations equipped with continuous mixers in Poland. All of them were designed to produce mixes efficiently and continuously.
