Batching plants - Mobile batching plants
We offer a delivery of mobile batching plants. Our plants consist of complete functional units:
- whose overall dimensions allow for easy handling and transportation with regular transport devices.
- with construction allowing to set them on flat ground on foundation slabs
- assembling into a complete batching plant is very easy and possible within just two days.
Basic technical data:

Efficiency: 54 cubic meters of concrete per hour
- Twin-shaft mixer with a capacity 2250 liters
- Single batch from 1.5 to 1.8 cubic meters
- Aggregate bins: 4 x 15 cubic meters
- Control: Siemens S7
- Concrete quality the same as in stationary plants
- Standard equipment: electronic cement, aggregate, water, and chemical additives scales; aggregates moisture sensors, control room, double skip rope.
- Optional equipment: aggregate loading system (belt conveyor), mobile recycling
Mobile batching plant can be temporarily set on the construction site as its equipment, without the need of getting a permission for construction building works. The whole basic set can be carried by two jumbo trailers adjusted to move loads up to three meters wide and also low-flooring trailers for cement silos with a diameter of 2.9 meter. The rest of the complementary equipment such as control room, cement feeders, water accumulation tank or power generator, can be carried on regular size truck trailers.
